Chateau Sopot produces still and sparkling wines, with more than 20 labels. The still wines are grouped into four selections: Vineyards Selection, Reserve and Grand Reserve, as well as Iconic. In addition, we also produce sparkling wines and fruit wines from blackberry and raspberry.

Our wines from our vineyards are produced from selected blocks, the grapes are handpicked and carefully transported to the winery where they are prepared and mulled. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and maturation takes place in oak barrels, mostly from French and American oak.
